Terms of Service

Last updated May 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, subscription services, and related software (the “Service”) provided by Main Street Maestros LLC (“MSM,” “we,” “us”). By subscribing to the Service or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service includes

For your monthly subscription fee, MSM provides:

  • A hand-built website tailored to your business, hosted on our infrastructure;
  • One custom domain registered on your behalf when you opt in (we cover the wholesale cost on standard domains; premium domains may show a one-time fee at checkout, capped at the registrar wholesale price);
  • SSL certificates, DNS management, lead-form delivery to your inbox, and basic SEO setup;
  • Reasonable content updates ("tweaks") submitted through your customer dashboard.

We do not provide paid-media buying, ongoing paid SEO campaigns, or per-client hourly creative work as part of the standard plan.

2. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

  • The subscription is month-to-month and renews automatically each month until canceled.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • We do not refund partial months. If your site never went live within the first 30 days due to a failure on our end, contact us for a full refund.
  • If a payment fails, we'll retry per Stripe's standard dunning. If the subscription stays unpaid, we may suspend or take down the site.

3. Domains

When we register a domain on your behalf, the domain is held in your name with the wholesale registrar (currently Vercel). You own the domain. If you cancel the Service, you can transfer the domain to another registrar at any time, subject to standard ICANN transfer rules (typically a 60-day transfer lock after registration or transfer).

Domain renewals occur annually at wholesale cost. We pass through the registrar's published price for each TLD. You may opt out of auto-renewal at any time through us or directly with the registrar.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of your business information, photos, copy, credentials, and customer data ("Your Content"). You grant MSM a non-exclusive license to host, display, and modify Your Content as needed to deliver the Service.

MSM owns the underlying site code, design templates, components, and platform software. You are licensed to use the resulting site for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel, you may request an export of Your Content within 30 days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's intellectual property, misrepresents your credentials or services, or violates ICANN domain-use rules. We reserve the right to take down sites that violate this section after reasonable notice.

6. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and domains), Resend (transactional email), and (optionally) Gazelle (booking integration). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that search rankings will improve, or that any specific business outcome will result from having a website. We do disclose the technical details of how the Service works and will fix our own errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSM's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll email you and post the updated Terms here at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updates.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
